Clients included UBS, LPL, Prudential, John Hancock, DST and Lincoln Financial. Executed many process reviews for wealth management firms identifying significant process improvements, technology savings and potential off-shore opportunities. Wealth management expertise areas include asset allocation strategies, commissions, integrated advisor workstation, master data management, client on boarding and retirement products.

Win was Founder and former CEO of ExpertPlan, a leading 401(k) service with customers including Legg Mason, US Bank, Putnam, Alliance Bernstein, Guardian, John Hancock and many others. Win raised over $16 Million in venture capital. ExpertPlan was sold to Ascensus for a good profit to the investors. Previously he was CIO of Copeland (CitiStreet), the retirement planning subsidiary of CitiGroup / Travelers (now Voya) where he transitioned the firm from TSA processor to major full service record keeper using Travelers Annuity products and mutual funds sold by Smith Barney and other Citi distributors.
Win received his BS from MIT and MBA from University of Connecticut. He currently resides in Princeton, NJ and is former Mayor of Cranbury, NJ.
